Through the Collaborate project, creative businesses can access up to 12 hours of fully-funded support from experienced business coaches from Creative Leicestershire and LCB Depot.


This one-to-one support is available to businesses at all stages of their development. Support can include, but is not limited to, the following areas:

– Finding new customers, growing sales, marketing strategy
– Financial planning
– Strategic business planning
– Exporting
– Leadership and management
– Recruitment, Staff development
– Exit strategies

Targeted Workshops and Seminars

Workshops, business advice surgeries and seminars are organised regularly for creative businesses. Business surgeries typically last 30 minutes and provide an opportunity to chat about how your creative business could grow. A longer session is available by appointment.

Workshop and seminar topics include business planning, crowdfunding, tax, pricing, managing finance and more. These free, sector-specific sessions provide an opportunity for you to learn, stay informed and connect with other businesses. Visit the events section for details.
