TLC are an established national UK training provider who have been awarded funding from the Skills Funding Agency for workplace training courses.

Funded training is currently available to all businesses as follows:

  • Any business under 50 employees – training is 100% funded
  • Any business over 50 employees with a wage bill of less than £3m – training is 90% funded and the employer must make a 10% contribution
  • Any business with a wage bill of £3m or more must now pay the Apprenticeship Levy

Company employees in England aged 16 and above are eligible to access these training courses providing they have been resident in the UK for 3 years or more.

Business Administration Level 2 and 3

  • Principles of Administrative Services
  • IT Principals
  • Financial Principals

Food and Drink Service City & Guilds QCF

  • Maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working enviroment
  • Maintain food safety when storing, holding and serving food
  • Processing customer payments
  • Contributing to effective team work
  • Giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Ability to serve alcholic and soft drinks

Hospitality Services (non food) City & Guilds QCF

  • Working effectively as part of a hospitality team
  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Use office equipment
  • Maintaining health, hygiene and safety standards within the workplace
  • Resolve customer service problems

Cleaning and Support Services Level 2 and 3

  • Reducing Health & Safety Risk
  • Development of Consistent Service
  • Effective Communication and Team Work
  • Cleaning and Maintaining Internal/External Areas

Team Leading Level 2

Employees with degrees can be funded depending on the relevance of their degree to the training being sought.
