What is the Collaborate Business Growth Grant (BGG)?

The Business Growth Grant is part of Collaborate Growing Business Together project funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and run by Leicester City Council in partnership with Leicestershire County Council, Food & Drink Forum and East Midlands Chamber. What support is available?

SME’s can apply for a capital grant towards expenditure such as:

– Tools/Machinery Acquisition

– Computer/Equipment Acquisition

– Building/Premises Improvement or expansion

Grants of £5,000 to £25,000 are available, with BGG providing up to 33% (1/3rd) of the total cost of the project.

Please note that only SME’s trading business-to-business for at least 12 months and based in Leicester or Leicestershire are eligible.  For every £10,000 grant funding applied for the business will need to create at least 1 full time job.

Following submission of the Enquiry Form, SME’s will be contacted by a business adviser from the relevant sector to discuss their business further.  If appropriate the adviser will refer onto the grant scheme for an expression of interest to be issued.

Applications will be invited until December 2018, however, the grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply now to avoid missing out – complete this simple Enquiry Form
