Newly constructed industrial units, built to a high specification ideal for food-based activity, are now available to let near Leicester Food Park.

The five separate units adjoin a purpose-built factory for Leicester Bakery.

They have been fitted to shell specification and have extra drainage channels in the floor of the factory for food-based occupiers. All units have mains water, gas and electricity with good supply levels on site from the new sub that has been built.

The practical completion of works now looks to be within the next 4-6 weeks so they are ready for occupation with a headline rent of £9psf on the units dependent on lease terms and tenant.
